Soraate mobile application and Soraate.com website (hereinafter referred to as "Services"). (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us" or "our") in collaboration with our partners, service providers, sponsors or other affiliates. In order for us to provide our services safely to all our users, your use of our services is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Additionally, when using our services, you will be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are incorporated herein by reference into the terms of service.

Any instructions, guidelines, or rules added within the services, including the app and all other services provided by Soraate, are also considered an integral part of these terms. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance and agreement to all such added instructions and guidelines.

ANY USE OF OUR SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL ITS TERMS, AND YOUR FULL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THIS AGREEMENT AND ITS TERMS ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH YOU. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT OR IF IT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH YOU, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.

Terms of Use

To use Soraate services, you must comply with the following terms:
(1) You must be 13 years of age or older to use the application
(2) You must provide accurate and correct information
(3) Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
(4) Do not misuse the application services
(5) Your use of the services is subject, at our sole discretion, to termination at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited:
(i) collecting contact information of other users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications
(ii) any use of the Services, which in our sole judgment, degrades the reliability, speed, or operation of the Services
(iii) use of data scraping methods to collect data about other users from Soraate services;
(iv) any use of the Services which is unlawful or in violation of these Terms of Use; and
(v) attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Services

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising or resulting from your breach of these Terms of Use or your uploading of, access to, or use or misuse of the Content or the Services. We shall provide notice to you of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter which is subject to indemnification under this section. In such case, you agree to cooperate with any reasonable requests assisting our defense of such matter.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We, our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors do not make any warranties or representations about the content (including user content), including but not limited to its accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, or trustworthiness.

The services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We hereby disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranty of ownership, merchantability, non-infringement of third party rights, and fitness for a particular purpose.

The application and services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of nutritional information or any other content available through our services. We do not assume any responsibility for health or dietary decisions made by users based on information provided in the application. We strongly recommend consulting qualified specialists and doctors for appropriate medical and nutritional advice for your individual health condition. Your use of the application is at your own complete personal responsibility.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the Soraatey app and Soraate.com website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of Soraatey or licensed to it and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Services without prior written permission from Soraatey.

The trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed in the Services are registered or unregistered trademarks of Soraatey or other third parties. You may not use these marks without prior written permission from the respective trademark owner.

User Obligations Regarding Content: Users undertake not to post or share any content protected by copyright or intellectual property without obtaining explicit permission from the rights holders. This includes, but is not limited to: images, videos, texts, music, or any other materials protected by copyright. Users are fully responsible for any copyright infringement that may result from content they share on the Soraatey platform.

No Medical Advice

THE SERVICES DO NOT CONTAIN OR CONSTITUTE, AND SHOULD NOT BE INTERPRETED AS, MEDICAL ADVICE OR OPINION. We are not licensed medical professionals, and we are not in the business of providing medical advice. You should always consult a qualified and licensed medical professional prior to beginning or modifying any diet or exercise program. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE MOBILE APPLICATION DOES NOT CREATE A DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND US.

Shopping and Online Payment

When using the shopping services available in the Soraate app, you agree to the following terms:

• You have the right to request a return and exchange of the product or service within 8 days from the date of receipt, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Return and Exchange Policy
• Payment is processed through secure and certified payment gateways
• We do not store your credit card information on our servers
• All financial transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• In case of transaction failure, the amount will be refunded within 7-14 business days
• You are responsible for the accuracy of shipping and billing information provided
• Soraate reserves the right to refuse any sale for any reason it deems appropriate
• Promotional offers do not include wholesale sales or quantities that cannot be used by a single person only
• If you purchase a product and it turns out to be unavailable from the marketplace/online store warehouse or supplier, Soraate has the right to cancel your product order and refund only the amount paid
• If a service is purchased and it turns out that it cannot be provided, Soraate has the right to cancel the service request and refund only the amount paid
• The marketplace in Soraate is designated for retail sales, and Soraate reserves the right to cancel orders where the quantity of a single product exceeds (5) pieces as it deems appropriate
